The inaugural Richmond Open House which showcases the Wilson School of Design and features over 13 faculties was a huge success, drawing in over 300 guests from the community. Marketing for this event blended traditional print media with paid social, reserved advertisement, and radio spots. I also obtained sponsorships from Coca cola and Sodexo to make this event possible.



Nissan fest



In partnership with Evergreen Speedway, Nissan Fest draws out over 5,000 attendees annually. This event is to promote Northwest Nissan as the premier agency for all news and events related to auto-sports. As Northwest Nissan is an online publication, promotions for this event integrates mostly digital components, social media and user generated contents for advertisements.


Buchanan Courtyard events



Series of small to large scale events throughout the year to promote the newly renovated Buchanan Courtyard space and engage the community, with events including; speaker talk series, community dialogues, and festive celebrations. Aligning event proposals with a generous donor's vision, I was able to obtain continued funding renewed yearly.


KPU Surrey Open House



KPU Surrey Open House drew out over 1,200 guests from the community. I organized over 100 activity booths spread across the campus to encourage attendees to explore. The creative for this event was #FindYourselfHere, which included a treasure map with stamps for activities. Developing an integrated marketing plan; a mix of Youtube ads, radio spots, social buys, print, and generated content marketing was implemented.
